The Hallmaster Online Booking System is currently being used by this Hall or Venue and this brief guide will show you how to make the most of it as a customer.
To make a booking request from the weekly calendar or scheduler, click on the + symbol on the date and room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time, you will be asked to enter your contact details and a password so that you can track your booking status, any changes that are made, plus view any invoices and payments linked to that booking, much in the same way you would with an online shopping website.
Fill in all the boxes to request your booking
If your booking coincides with an existing booking you will not be able to proceed.
Don’t forget to tick the Terms and Conditions box at the bottom
NOT.E If you are running a private event (meeting, party etc) you are advised to tick the box marked "Keep private". The publicly visible entry will just show "Busy". Otherwise, the visible calendar will show what the event is, which is useful if it is a public event such as an exercise class or exhibition.
There is a section for making notes about your booking if required.

When you think your booking request is complete, press “Save”
You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your request.
You will receive a notification when your booking is confirmed.
Additional Items Please note, a range of facilities and usages need to be booked separately. An additional charge may be levied for their use. These include but are not limited to:
Use of a bouncy castles or similar equipment, (NB delivery and collection must be within your booked time slot)
Use of the kitchen for catering,
Use of extension stage,
Setting out chairs/tables etc.
Use of stage lighting
To add any of these to your booking, see the Additional (Lines) Items near the bottom of the page.
Click on the drop box for “Line Items” Click on any that apply. Any charges that apply will be automatically added to your invoice
(Note: If you don’t see the + symbol, then online booking has been disabled for this room or facility. Instead, contact the venue directly.)
