Minimum Booking: A minimum of 4 hours is required for party bookings to accommodate setup and cleanup.
Additional Time: If you anticipate needing extra time, please request it during the initial booking. Extensions may not be possible later due to other scheduled events.
Facilities:
Main Hall: Suitable for larger gatherings and activities.
Rear Room: Ideal for smaller groups or as a breakout space.
Kitchen: Available for light refreshments; please note that catering for large groups (50+) incurs an additional charge.
Additional Information:
Meeting Room: Not available for party use.
Bouncy Castles: Permitted with your own insurance cover. An additional fee applies to cover energy costs. Equipment delivery and collection must occur within your booked time. Delivery and collection of equipment must be within your booked time slot
Furniture: We have 4 small tables and approximately 20 small chairs suitable for younger children. Please indicate in the special requirements section if you need them.
Confirmation: Our caretaker will contact you a couple of days before the event to confirm your requirements and arrange access to the hall.
