Classes began on Friday, 10th October and continue every Friday at the same time and location.

Somatic Yoga is a dynamic and evolving approach to yoga, designed to help you reconnect with the natural intelligence of your body. Through mindful movement, sound, and meditation, these practices cultivate full-body awareness, ease of motion, and vibrant health.

​By gently reawakening the mind–body connection, Somatic movements train the brain to restore flexibility, balance, and wellbeing. You’ll learn to sense, recognise, and release patterns of muscular tension—allowing your body to move with greater freedom and comfort.
